Henry Hubert Liddell-Grainger's Fishing Tackle

A wealthy Captain, born in 1866 and lived to 1935, was a fanatical fisherman and a member of the famous Houghton Club on the River Test. He purchased Ayton Castle in Scotland, where this collection originated.

I was truly privileged to be the first to open these Salmon fly boxes and their content is simply and best described as stunning.

A perfect and accurate time capsule into the type of patterns that were located on the Scottish borders, Berwick-On-Tweed, and probably used on that famous river.
