One of the grandest of Victorian Salmon flies with plenty of complexity in both the body and wing. The usual colour combination of Black / Yellow is the one mostly seen but below are further examples of colour combinations. Either special order or made specifically for certain rivers, these all offer variations to the main tying.
This is more typical example of a Jock Scott with Black/Yellow body, however, this one is believed to be made by Peter D Malloch of Perth with some additional complexity in the tail.
Orange Jock Scott.
Silver, this one by Hardy Brothers, Alnwick.
